You are responsible
yourself for your happiness, well-being and inner harmony!
What does this new term "SELFNESS" really mean? After the
rolling waves of Fitness, the great challenge of Wellness, we
find ourselves confronted with this new commitment.
SELFNESS actually demands from us to keep up, in our
uncertain and precarious times, a deep sense of responsibility
towards our own person. We are invited to reflect, to recollect
old facts, to find the own middle (or not to let it go astray),
to be self-centered and to solve the personal problems.
It is important to offer harmony to body, mind and soul, to care
and be attentive to our health and not search help when it is
too late and sickness has taken over.
It is also - concern for one-self, to live a healthy way, to
take great care of the own body, to be fit and last but not
least to be conscious of beneficial food and drinking habits.
Live emotional feelings, joy and happiness; attend in an
harmonious way to your family, partner, friends and colleagues.
SELFNESS actually means to be available for others, to
show concern, affection and sympathy.
To be active, honest, competent, to show interest, openness, to
care, but also to be reliable and trustworthy, to be
enthusiastic and inspiring and good towards the weak human
It means also – to prove to be upright and righteous, lovable
and reliable and to live these competences throughout your life.
SELFNESS is a full life Programme, a daily challenge to
respect and consider your surroundings
