Mr. Viju, our Chef from Kerala, who is since 13 years with us, is happy to cook his ayurvedic specialities and to offer excellent Indian cuisine with the seducing flavours of curry, ginger, cardamom, coriander, vanilla, cinnamon and many other colourful Indian ingredients.
